Reeling, winding and pulling silk

These exercises help develop a strong connection to the Hara and to the ground. They are also used to condition the fascial-tendon links in our body to improve their ability to store and release energy.

There are many exercises, principally through forms traditionally , though more recently there have been some simplified exercises, such as those by Mike Sigman, Dan Harden etc (see internal Strength on the web)
